The Progress Center offers web-based programs that are succinct, focused, pragmatic, cost-effective, and based upon the industry's best practices. There are over 200 programs currently available, and eight distinct groups are targeted for training under the Financial Services curriculum, with each course designed to improve the professional's skill set in the four pinnacles for success.

1.  | For New Consultants. Emphasizing the "basics," these programs are designed to get your new advisors off to a fast start to a successful career. Topics include establishing credibility, effective telemarketing, time management, getting referrals, and effective sales and prospecting approaches.

2.  | For Producers With Less Than $350K Production. These programs provide information that will inspire this group to action. Courses include "how-to" topics such as re-energizing your business, account penetration, cloning ideal clients, time blocking, and developing fee-based business.

3.  | For Mid-Level Producers ($350K-$1M). These programs deliver key skills to significantly upgrade their businesses and move them to Top Producer status. Topic include "life-goal" profiling, niche marketing, modern portfolio theory, developing and marketing 401(k) business, and team development.

4.  | For Top Producers. Our high performance courses for this group emphasize industry best practices that are often promoted within conferences. Courses include systematizing your practice, advanced tax strategies, portfolio management, marketing to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and pruning your A-Book for maximum returns. Note: Some of the management courses are also applicable to team/staff management.

5.  | For Senior Consultants. The "process" of managing money is the focus of these programs. Asset allocation, division of labor, intergenerational trusts, and PR savvy are among the topics offered by The Progress Center. Note: Some of the management courses are also applicable to team/staff management.

6.  | For Sales and Office Managers. The courses in this program offer managers new ways to motivate their staff for increased productivity. Note that these courses are applicable for Top Producers and Senior Consultants as they develop their teams.

7.  | For Administrative and Sales Assistants. These courses identify investment basics and key support skills necessary to grow business.

8.  | For Bank Platform Personnel. These courses in investment basics, interpersonal, and operational skills lend more value to your organization. Cross-selling opportunities of bank product lines are emphasized.
